Atmosphere IDC’s last for 15 days, which covers your preparation period, IDC, and EFR/CFC Instructor. 15 days may not suit everyone, please contact us regarding our 10 day IDC option and our internships. The IDC is divided into two parts: The Assistant Instructor (AI) and the Open Water Scuba Instructor (OWSI). To qualify for an Instructor Examination (IE) you must have successfully completed both parts. We will guide you through some parts that can be completed online. We truly believe that online study is the future within PADI teaching and it is important that you also grasp the latest technology. The last few days of the IDC allows for a ‘mock IE’.
